Who we are

This site, milosjokic.com, is run by Gradoid DOO, a company based in Novi Sad, Serbia (PIB 111924625). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use the site. For anything about your data, email us at milos@gradoid.com.

What we collect

What you give us. When you contact us, sign up for something or buy from us, we get the information you share, such as your name, email address and message.

What’s collected automatically. When you use the site, we collect data about your activity, technical data about your device, and your general location, using third-party analytics. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent. See the cookie policy. Like any website, our servers and hosting providers also log requests, including your IP address and what you send to the site, to keep it running and secure.

How we use it

• to provide our services and communicate with you
• to meet legal and accounting obligations
• to understand how the site is used and improve it
• to send updates you’ve signed up for

Legal basis: providing a service you asked for or bought, legal obligations, your consent (for example, for analytics cookies or updates you sign up for), and our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.

Services we use

We use trusted third-party providers for hosting, analytics, scheduling, payments, email and video. They process data under their own terms and privacy policies, and may collect data about your device and usage. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see your card details.

Some providers may process data outside Serbia.

We don’t sell, rent or trade your data. We may share it with authorities when the law or a court requires it, or when it’s needed to protect our rights, keep people safe or prevent crime. If Gradoid DOO is merged, acquired or sold, your data may pass to the new owner.

How long we keep it

We keep your data as long as it’s needed for the purposes above, to meet legal obligations, and to resolve disputes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Serbia’s Law on Personal Data Protection, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, and get a copy of it in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email milos@gradoid.com. Some data may be kept where the law requires it.

You can object at any time to how we use your data based on our legitimate interest, such as analytics without cookies.

You don’t have to give us any data. Without it, though, we can’t reply to you or provide a paid service.

You can also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in Serbia, or to your local data protection authority.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Still, no method of sending or storing data over the internet is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. If a breach happens, we’ll act as the law requires.

Children

This site isn’t meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If we learn that we have, we’ll delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they’re posted here, and the date at the top shows the latest update.
