milosjokic.com is run by Gradoid DOO, a company based in Novi Sad, Serbia (PIB 111924625). You can reach us at milos@gradoid.com. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Tools

To the extent the law allows, our tools are provided as-is and as available, with no warranty of any kind. We can’t promise they’ll be error-free, always online, or that their output will be accepted by the App Store or Google Play. Any data, estimates or suggestions they give are for guidance only, not guarantees of results. Check each store’s guidelines before you publish anything.

We may change, pause or remove any tool at any time.

What you make is yours

What you create with our tools belongs to you. We claim no rights in your work, and you can use it for any purpose, including in commercial apps. That covers our templates as they appear in your exports. The tools themselves, including their code and template designs, remain ours.

You’re responsible for what you put in. Only use content you have the rights to, and don’t use the tools for anything unlawful or misleading.

Apple and Google

This site isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple or Google. App Store, iPhone and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC. Other trademarks belong to their owners and are used here only to describe what the tools work with.

Site content

The writing, videos, designs and code on this site belong to Gradoid DOO unless noted otherwise. You’re welcome to learn from them and use what you learn in your own work, but don’t copy, resell or republish them as your own.

Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely, with no obligation to pay you, credit you or keep them confidential.

Paid services

Paid services are bought through our payment provider’s checkout. Prices, billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds follow the details shown at checkout and the payment provider’s terms. Where the checkout details or the payment provider’s terms differ from these terms, those apply.

Other sites and services

This site links to and embeds other services, such as booking calendars, checkout pages and videos. They have their own terms and policies, and we’re not responsible for their content or how they work.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Gradoid DOO isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site or the tools, such as lost profits, lost data, or an app update the stores reject. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.

We’re not responsible for delays or outages caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as hosting or internet failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters or government actions.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date at the top of this page, and using the site after that means you accept it. If you don’t agree with the changes, stop using the site.

Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem with the site or our services, please email us first so we can try to sort it out. Most issues can be solved that way.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute goes to the competent courts in Novi Sad, Serbia. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Final provisions

These terms are the entire agreement between you and Gradoid DOO about using this site. The privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle your data. If any part of them is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right, that doesn’t mean we give it up. You can’t transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent, but we may transfer ours. These terms don’t give any rights to anyone else.
